The list recognizes female entrepreneurs who are driving innovation and creating positive change on a global scale.
Dr. Mahaffey has a unique background that spans technology, mental health, and entrepreneurship. She started her career as a software developer in Atlanta and has worked in the tech industry for over 30 years in various capacities, including development, engineering, and project management. As a business psychologist, she has also worked with technology stakeholders to ensure smooth change management when new systems are launched, focusing on maintaining performance and productivity.
Alongside her work in technology, Dr. Mahaffey is a psychotherapist and I/O Psychologist who works with high achievers, celebrities, athletes, government officials, corporate executives, technology professionals, and entrepreneurs to help them address life's challenges and maintain their mental wellness. She is also a technology startup founder and a consumer products entrepreneur. Her brand, Culture Greetings was recently featured on QVC.
Dr. Mahaffey is the founder and CEO of The CPAI Group, which includes Culture Greetings, Be Mindfully Social, Roots to Branches Psychological and Wellness Services, and other brands. She firmly believes in empowering people to remain connected and be the best version of themselves. Innovation and technology have been key features of all the brands she has established, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
The Female Founders honor recognizes how she has disrupted the greeting card pace by implementing innovative technology and making it more inclusive.
